Ghana's State of Cocoa

Ghana produces 19% of the world's cocoa beans. But similar to other West African cocoa growing regions, Ghana has been experiencing a recent decline in yield. This animated video explores some of the main reasons why cocoa cultivation in Ghana is becoming more and more challenging.

This is an animation piece based on my own interpretation of an article written by Reuters outlining the threats Ghana's cocoa sector faces.
