Reinventing Post-Disaster Shelter Provision

A background report published as part of Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre (IDMC)'s GRID 2020 report on global internal displacement. The report is developed off the back of my dissertation about the lesser known struggles of delivering volunteer-driven shelter to displaced people. Although the report discusses current gaps in the shelter delivery system, it also highlights the potential that individuals have in making a real difference.
